In the CATALOG menu we have collected all the directories with which the program works.

1. Directory structure

The directory window is divided into two parts, on the left is a list of directories, on the right is a list of directory entries that is selected on the left.

Each window has an action menu (above the list). The list of directories from the action menu is available:

• New - create a new group. For example: highlight the directory of the GOODS GROUP, click NEW and create a group "Grocery".
• Edit-select the desired group and edit it.
• Delete- delete group

The table of the elements of the directory has similar items: new, copy, edit, delete, commands for selected table elements.

VIEW menu - adjusts the display of the columns of the table.

FILTER menu - helps to select several items in a large list of items, according to the selected characteristic. Example of the filter in the directory CLIENTS:

And the set of properties in the filter depends on the type of directory in which we are located. Here is the filter in the directory of goods:

Menu PRINTING - forms a price list

EXPORT / IMPORT - a directory.

EXCHANGE - starts the operation of sending data to a remote application.
